Mimarr: The Practice-Intelligence Platform Growing Out of an Architecture Firm's Own Tool

Jeffrey's architecture office needed real project management, but off-the-shelf tools like Monday and Asana didn't fit how a firm that bills by project actually works — task delivery, project finance, and client relationships all live in different places. We rebuilt his firm's own internal tool into Mimarr: one system to run every project, one click to generate a client-ready report, and a growing business-intelligence layer showing profitability, workload, and pipeline health in real time.

We built Nivelty, a property platform where agents build a visible track record over time and buyers can search for homes and get answers instantly — by messaging or even just talking out loud to Ada, Nivelty's AI assistant.

Salons and service businesses were stuck between plain calendar apps that didn't understand their work, and booking platforms built for someone else's market. We built Swiftbooked: a booking site customers can use anytime, a dashboard the business runs day-to-day from, and payment that automatically charges people correctly whether they're in South Africa or overseas.

Maison Éclat: Turning an Import Business Into a Store That Prices Itself Right, Every Day

Maison Éclat buys goods abroad in euros and sells them in Nigeria in naira, which means prices have to keep up with a currency that moves every day. We built them an online store plus a private back office that adjusts prices automatically, takes payments safely, and watches competitor prices — so the team spends less time on spreadsheets and more time running the business
